Meet Raccoon's Recruits
Raccoon's Recruits are talented folks who've completed work experience with us and are ready to bring their skills to your next project! Reach out to them using their details below.

Rebecca Edwards (she/her)
Level Designer
Level Design
Rebecca quickly mastered our custom Unity tools producing multiple level designs during her time with us. She used our custom tools to produce multiple builds during the prototyping phase of her levels to seek and obtain rapid feedback and iteration. She proactively sought feedback, responded exceptionally well to direction, and was consistently easy to work with. Her documentation and visual mindmaps were meticulous, and she was a pleasure to have on the team.

Kyuri Kim (she/her)
Environment Artist
3D Environment Art
Kyuri created several 3D environment assets from our 2D concepts and communicated well with the team throughout. She identified gaps in her knowledge, independently researched Substance and non-destructive workflows, and picked them up quickly—showing strong initiative and a proactive approach to learning.

3D Character Art
Jessica was a pleasure to have on the team. She created a full 3D character from a 2D concept—modelling, texturing and rigging it from scratch. She communicated effectively, iterated well with her mentor, and responded thoughtfully to feedback. She managed her time well and completed the character within the allotted period, and she still kindly helps with playtesting now and then! :)

Anna Serra (she/her)
Artist
3D Environment Art
Anna created concepts for modular environment pieces in the style of our game. She quickly adapted to our evolving art style through consistent iteration and feedback. She independently learned new tools and workflows, identified and closed her own skill gaps, and communicated clearly with mentors throughout—showing strong initiative, organisation, and adaptability in a studio setting.

Chloe Bostock (she/her)

Writing
Chloe developed imaginative, well-structured character profiles and world-building documents, that fit beautifully into the world. She gelled naturally with the narrative team, contributing ideas confidently, iterating through feedback, and thriving in collaborative discussions. Throughout the placement, she showed strong initiative, clear communication, and a keen understanding of how a game writer fits within a wider studio.

Oyku Erdenlig (she/her)
Artist
Concept Art
Animation
Art Direction
Oyku created expressive 3D character animations and proactively contributed ideas, often sharing quick 2D sketches to guide discussions. She iterated well on feedback, aligned her work with the game’s cosy tone, and quickly upskilled wherever needed. She also designed, modeled, rigged, animated, and implemented a super cute frog character matching the style of our game in Blender and Unity.
