Studio description

Panda Cat Games are a fully-remote, flexible and female-led, UK-based studio. Their mission is to empower perspectives to create fresh and welcoming experiences. They prioritise a culture that ensures voices for all and have established inclusive practises that challenge the status quo and empower unique perspectives.
The studio have been incredibly supportive to young developers looking to get into games through the development of their Panda Cat Recruits Programme. This is where they leverage their breadth of experience to share insights and mentor margelinised developers, helping to expand their network, which has led to paid work and kick-started their careers.
The team frequently volunteers for organisations such as Limit Break, Code Coven and Into Games and engages with the wider community by participating in panels at events to share insights.
Panda Cat Games are continually striving for a more inclusive, representative industry where diverse perspectives are valued and celebrated.
